PERFORMING ARTIST

André Terblanché is a performing artist with a passion for every aspect of the arts. Growing up in Paarl, a quaint town in the Cape Winelands, he spent most of his days in his grandparent’s music store. To further develop his craft, he studied drama and theatre at Stellenbosch University. Since then, André has been a successful actor, singer and voice artist.

He has performed in numerous plays and musicals and has lent his voice to a range of projects. Whether it’s for film, radio or theatre, André is always up for a challenge. With his unique style and talent, he brings each project to life.

André is currently busy with the following projects:

​

• Plays the role of Josef Marais in David Kramer's latest musical 'Ver in die wêreld Kittie'. (Next run: Woordfees, October 2023)

• In pre-production with his latest music concert 'André Terblanché in konsert' alonside friend and accompanist Winand Grundling.

• Actively performs with the South African City Orchestras as soloist.
